Health Care Informed (HCI) brings together specific expertise in the areas of patient/client centred quality and safety systems development, through the effective use of information, involvement and innovative solutions.

Through its dedicated team and network of international associates, HCI is able to fulfil a wide variety of service needs. At a national level, HCI's clients include the Health Information and Quality Authority, the Health Promoting Hospitals Network, Nursing Homes Ireland, and the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.

At an operational level, HCI provides specific services to healthcare organisations across the acute, residential, primary and community care areas. It continues to support organisations in areas ranging from achieving accreditation, developing policies and procedures, to fulfilling EU regulations.
