Clinical Audit and
Performance Evaluation
In
God we trust, all others bring data, or so the
saying goes. To effectively understand how an organisation
is operating we must be able to continually evaluate
its performance.
A
central focus to clinical audit and performance evaluation is obviously the care we provide,
but to support this it is necessary to have a clearly defined
system to continually monitor, evaluate and improve the
quality of all aspects of service delivery.
