"We worked with Health Care Informed to extensively review and improve our quality and safety processes."

Dr. Jennifer Cauchi, Quality Manager, BMDI Cord Blood Bank, Melbourne

"Putting Q-Pulse into place has changed the way we work considerably within the CBB by providing us with a very user-friendly system that will ensure we can continue to meet our regulatory standards and imporve our services."

Dr. Jennifer Cauchi, Quality Manager, BMDI Cord Blood Bank, Melbourne

"Using Q-Pulse has simplified our implementation of a laboratory quality system at Pathology One. HCI Australia supplied informative and practical initial training, which gave my staff great enthusiasm in approaching the quality system implementation."

Alex Stephenson, Operations Manager, Pathology One

"We became aware of Q-Pulse through positive feedback from facilities with similar compliance requirements. Our observation of these established Q-Pulse systems was very encouraging and we identified that the Q-Pulse software would be a suitable platform to manage our NPAAC compliance needs. Significant benefits being the removal of separate databases of information and encouraging all staff to participate through ease of access and automated notification processes."

Susanne Burtt, Transplant & Apheresis Quality Coordinator, Barwon Health

"Health Care Informed have been very supportive during the process of obtaining systems specifications, reviewing quotes and initial training. HCI staff have been accessible, additional information has been made readily available when required and training was tailored to our needs. HCI have also readily engaged in developing strategies to manage our unique organisational needs."

Susanne Burtt, Transplant & Apheresis Quality Coordinator, Barwon Health

SA Pathology

‘SA Pathology, the South Australian Government Statewide Pathology Service, identified the need to modernise our Quality Management System. Assisted by Health Care Informed (HCI) using the Q-Pulse solution, we have further defined and developed many of the complex processes needed to operate and connect our local and regional NATA accredited, ISO9001 certified network of laboratories and collection centres.  HCI provided outstanding project based implementation support and continues to support us with our evolving electronic Quality Management System.’
