HIQA defines Audit as an assessment of performance against any standards and criteria (clinical or non clinical) in a health and social care service. Quality and Safety Audits incorporating Tracer Systems will help to improve the quality of care your organisation provides by enabling Quality Improvement Plans to be identified and created. HCI’s Internal Quality and Safety Audit Training will educate health and social care professionals on the skills and techniques required to effectively conduct audits using tracer systems in their organisations.
